Linking function: We’ve introduced a powerful new feature that makes managing staff across your trust even easier. The new linking function allows you to seamlessly link a staff member and all their associated data from one organisation to another within your trust.
This means that when a colleague transfers to a different school, their entire professional portfolio, observations, CPD records, targets, and evidence stay linked. No more starting from scratch or losing valuable developmental history. Everything travels with the staff member, ensuring continuity and a complete record of professional growth across the trust.
This update is designed to support multi-academy trusts (MATs) in creating a more connected, consistent approach to staff development and performance management.
