The activity feed will show you any recent blog and evidence entries in chronological order. The feed can be filtered to only show entries linked to certain items in your review or specific staff members.
Adding and sharing blogs is similar to when you add and share evidence in iP. Blogs can be shared with other colleagues depending on the user's permissions.
Task:
- Blogs are added to your portfolio under the activity feed.
- From the top bar, select Add Blog.
- Link your blog to one of the Standards listed in the Link To dropdown list after clicking in the text area.
- Fill in the details tab, then on the sharing tab, tick the share with users checkbox.
- Here you can choose who you wish to share your blog post with, either by role, specific staff members, or a department.
- Click Add to save and share the blog post.
