Adding Activities to a Development Plan Objective
Improvement Plan Development Activities break down iP Objectives into smaller, manageable tasks that can be assigned to specific staff members. Next, we will explore how these activities work by adding one to the objective you created earlier.
Task:
- Select the Development Plan page from the contents link under My Portfolio.
- The page which is displayed is the Activities page for your objective
- It will currently have no activities listed on it.
- From the activities page, select the add.
- Add or edit the Course/Activity screen, view the linked objective details at the top of the first tab.
- In the Course/Activity and Success Criteria fields, enter realistic text.
- Leave the remaining fields on the Details tab as default.
- Leave the other tabs for now and click Save in the header.
- Confirm the Activities page now shows your new activity with a status of Not Started.
