- From the iP login screen, the user will need to select the Forgot Password option
- Enter your email address linked to your iP account, then select the reset password button.
- An email will be sent to your email account with a unique code and link to reset the password.
Note: Make sure to check your junk folder if the email fails to appear in your email inbox.
- Enter your email address into the Login Name field
- Enter the Unique code from the email into the Unique Code field
Note: The code has a four hour time limit before it expires and a new one will need to be requested.
- Enter a new password into the New Password field
- Enter the password again into the Confirm Password field.
- Now select the Sign In button to complete the reset process and log into the system
