LUPC is a not-for-profit organisation whose purpose is to achieve value for money for its members in their procurement of goods and services, in a way that benefits our members, society and the economy, whilst minimising damage to the environment.
In collaboration with other higher education purchasing consortia and with responsible procurement at the centre of everything we do, its expert procurement team manages a large portfolio of framework agreements securing best value for each of its members.
Our bespoke development work allows LUPC to firmly meet its objectives. Every member has their own LUPC account where they are able to enjoy an immediate network of advice, support and opportunities.

This is a long-standing relationship that began in 2014. Our software solution enables BUFDG’s 3,500 members to engage with each other and access an online community.
